Workshop on creating a marble mosaic frame for a mirror
At this workshop, we will:
◇ Familiarize ourselves with natural stone, learn the tools and techniques of marble cutting.
◇ Learn how to lay tesserae in neat rows and create a mosaic.
◇ Mount the mosaic on a base and work with epoxy grout.
◇ Discuss the history of mosaic, assembly techniques, and other interesting facts.
I will provide you with all the necessary materials and tools, as well as the bases for the mosaic. You can choose a design from the provided sketches or discuss your own mosaic idea with me in advance.

The workshop will last for 10 hours, with breaks for lunch and coffee. The number of participants is limited to 4-8 adults.
I invite you to join my workshop, as working on a mosaic is an engaging process where, before your eyes, a contemporary mosaic is born from a material with a history spanning millennia. The word "mosaic" comes from ancient Greek, meaning "a work dedicated to the Muses."
